Make sure you are logged in to steam website when clicking on the first link before subscribing, then hit the Subscribe to all button. After subscribing to steam collection, launch Arma 3 through steam and allow the launcher to update and install all mods in the mods "tab".

Make sure once you've installed Task Force Radio to manually add it to your launcher's mod list.  Again find help doing this if you do not know how too.
